The program is available to help bridge care for the un/underinsured and assist patients in finding cheaper medication options.

SafetyNet does not take the place of a primary care provider who can also complete physical exams and provide routine preventative care. A video visit with a provider may be recommended based on a quarterly check-in. We offer transparent pricing for additional visits with your SafeNet doctor. Additional visits are required for adding new medications, referrals, or changes to an existing medication.
Covered in membership:
1) Check-ins -
SafetyNet team will review medications, check for side effects and interactions, and offer medical guidance. Check-in will be based on both patient preference and clinical appropriateness.
2) Medication Refills are available at three, six, and 12 months. based on both patient preference and clinical appropriateness.
3) Access to your own virtual primary doctor. You can schedule video doctor's visits at a lower cost and higher quality than other virtual platforms. You will also have the same team under SafetyNet. You will have a medical chart and our team will know you and your care plan. You will have the continuity of care you deserve. (You won't need to tell your story every time!)
3) Keep your BridgeCare Provider
No pressure. Schedule a "meet and greet" with one of our providers before you decide.
We want to make sure we are a good fit for you and your particular health needs.
In order to ensure we do justice to both your and our time, we have an upfront scheduling charge (similar to a copay) based on the time reserved for your visit.

SimpleMD was born after Dr. Hershey volunteered at a fine arts camp. Many of the counselors were college students who did not have insurance. After treating as many counselors as campers, she wanted to offer students a low-cost service to meet their basic needs, no matter where they might be in the united states that year.

Student Pricing
Medical Initial Membership Fee: $275/year
Mental Health Membership Fee: $300/year
Combined Membership: $500/year

An Introductory visit is included in a yearly membership. This is done via HIPAA secure video conferencing.
Medical Visits
Flexible Follow-up (Flex Med): $15
Scheduled follow-up visit (Scheduled Med): $30
Lab Order: $10
Mental Health Visit
An introductory video (or phone per patient preference) Mental Health Visit is included in the yearly membership fee.
ADHD testing: $40 - we utilize an external online service that completes the testing.
Virtual Counseling (video or phone): $75/session
